• Unauthorized returns cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.
• Merchandise must be dispatched back to our facilities within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
• All products must maintain identical condition to their arrival state - unworn, unused, with original tags attached and housed in factory packaging. Valid proof of purchase documentation is mandatory.
• Return shipments must employ traceable delivery services with tracking capabilities.
Ineligible merchandise categories:
• Clearance merchandise and gift certificates constitute final sales without refund eligibility.
• Products exhibiting customer-inflicted damage or loss cannot be returned.

We strongly advise utilizing traceable shipping methods with signature confirmation, as we cannot assume liability for non-delivered return consignments.
• Resolution fulfillment: Following return package reception, our quality team will conduct product examination within 3-5 business days, subsequently processing either product replacement or monetary reimbursement.
Financial Responsibilities
• Returns originating from company errors (including incorrect item dispatch or manufacturing defects) qualify for comprehensive reimbursement.
• Returns instigated by consumer preference (such as aesthetic dissatisfaction or incorrect size selection) require customer assumption of return shipping expenses.
• Our policy excludes restocking fees for all returned merchandise.
Reimbursement Procedures
