Should you feel dissatisfied with your acquisition, we accommodate return or exchange petitions provided contact occurs within 30 calendar days following merchandise receipt. Requests submitted beyond this timeframe cannot be processed. Initial communication must occur electronically via [email protected].

Return & Exchange Prerequisites

• Unauthorized returns cannot be accommodated under any circumstances.

• Merchandise must be dispatched back to our facilities within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

• All products must maintain identical condition to their arrival state - unworn, unused, with original tags attached and housed in factory packaging. Valid proof of purchase documentation is mandatory.

• Return shipments must employ traceable delivery services with tracking capabilities.

Ineligible merchandise categories:

• Clearance merchandise and gift certificates constitute final sales without refund eligibility.

• Products exhibiting customer-inflicted damage or loss cannot be returned.

Standard Return Protocol

• Return initiation: Transmit electronic communication to [email protected] containing visual documentation (photographs/video footage) of the merchandise alongside your order identification code. Our support team will evaluate return admissibility within three business days.

• Product return shipment: Upon authorization, you'll receive detailed dispatch instructions including designated return destination. (Critical: Unauthorized returns will be rejected). We strongly advise utilizing traceable shipping methods with signature confirmation, as we cannot assume liability for non-delivered return consignments.

• Resolution fulfillment: Following return package reception, our quality team will conduct product examination within 3-5 business days, subsequently processing either product replacement or monetary reimbursement.

Financial Responsibilities

• Returns originating from company errors (including incorrect item dispatch or manufacturing defects) qualify for comprehensive reimbursement.

• Returns instigated by consumer preference (such as aesthetic dissatisfaction or incorrect size selection) require customer assumption of return shipping expenses.

• Our policy excludes restocking fees for all returned merchandise.

Reimbursement Procedures

• Post-inspection of returned goods, we will communicate refund approval or denial. Approved reimbursements will be channeled through the original payment mechanism within 2-3 business days.

• Should refunds remain unreflected after this period, we recommend secondary bank statement verification followed by direct communication with your financial institution. Order Cancellation Parameters

• Order nullification remains feasible for timely post-purchase requests. For paid orders awaiting fulfillment dispatch, cancellation eligibility persists until shipment commencement, triggering full payment reimbursement.
